Workshop Terms and Conditions:

Refund Policies:

  • No refunds will be given should you decide to cancel. Exceptions to this policy may be granted only at Bellevue Artspace’s discretion in which case a $20 cancellation fee will be charged

  • For workshops that are cancelled by us due to emergency, teacher illness, natural disaster, or other unforeseen event out of our control, all registered students will have an option to take credit and sign up for another workshop.

  • Please be certain that you are able to attend before registering for a class. 

Waiver, Release and Agreement:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who interferes with the safety, well-being or enjoyment of the workshop by other participants.

  • All workshop participants must agree to the terms and conditions of the Bellevue Artspace Workshops Medical Release, Waiver of Liability, Photo and Video Release and Indemnification Agreement if they wish to register for workshops. Please contact us if there are any questions regarding these

I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims and damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I, or my minor children, may sustain or which may occur as a result of my own participation, or that of my minor children, in Bellevue Artspace classes and other activities.

By registering / purchasing a workshop I further understand and agree that:

  1. This release is intended to discharge in advance the Bellevue Artspace, its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability, except for their sole negligence or intentional acts, connected in any way with my participation or my minor children’s participation in Bellevue Artspace activities;

  2. Knowing the risk involved, nevertheless, I voluntarily request permission for myself to participate in said activities;

  3. I hereby assume any and all risks of injury, death or property damage and to release and hold harmless the Bellevue Artspace, its officers, employees & agents, except for their sole negligence or intentional acts;

  4. I will indemnify and hold Bellevue Artspace harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including litigation, which it may incur as a result of any injury and/or property damage which myself or my minor children may sustain while participating in said activities;

  5. I will compensate any loss, damage, or cost Bellevue Artspace may incur if any litigation arises due to any claim made by myself, said minors, or by anyone on said minor’s behalf;

  6. Bellevue Artspace is not responsible for unattended children or pets/service animals on the premises;

  7. I expressly allow Bellevue Gallery photographing and/or videotaping of me when I am participating in Bellevue Artspace Workshops and programs;

  8. I understand and agree that all photographs and videotapes will remain the property of Bellevue Artspace, and that the Bellevue Artspace may use such photographs or videotapes for archival and promotional purposes, including their use in brochures, other printed materials, and on the Bellevue Artspace website. Bellevue Artspace Workshops will take all necessary precautions to keep names of participants confidential unless otherwise requested.

I have carefully read this Waiver of Liability, Medical Release, Photography/Videotape Release and Indemnification Agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Bellevue Artspace. Bellevue Artspace may accept future phone, mail, online, or in-person registrations under these provisions. I also understand the Refund Policies and the potential consequences thereof, set forth by Bellevue Artspace and agree to such terms.

By taking these classes and workshops you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
